A Door County Night Before Christmas
A traditional story of what Santa might do in Door County on Christmas Eve.
Besides having a bird’s eye view of Cana Lighthouse, Eagle Tower, the Old Bridge and the John Purves, Santa dreams of things he does while not quite so busy – like eating Belgian Pies and going ice fishing. He does take a quick break and ride the car ferry to Washington Island and he does enjoy some great cheese curds from some local children who thoughtfully put out the cheese curds (and some cookies) for Santa before going to bed that night.
We hear Santa leaving Door County after he delivers his presents saying, “Merry CHRISTmas to All the world around!!”
